Join me on the mat for some Hatha yoga. I design and plan my classes new every week and like to mix it up. I love creating a balance between strengthening, stretching and finding your body-mind and soul connection. I love to get to know my students and tailor the class accordingly. For my Hatha classes, it is best if students have done some type of yoga prior but it is not necessary to be able to participate! Every body is welcome!
